Novatech Gaming – Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Novatech Gaming warrants that each PC will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year for labor and one (1) year for parts from the date of the original purchase. Novatech Gaming retains sole discretion in determining whether any product is covered under this warranty.

If the PC is found to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials, as reasonably determined by Novatech Gaming, we agree—at our option—to repair or replace the product.

This warranty applies only to systems and components originally installed and shipped by Novatech Gaming.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Software or data added by the customer after delivery
  • Third-party applications, software, or technical support for such software
  • Damage caused by user overclocking or improper operation
  • Hardware, peripherals, or modifications installed after shipment
  • Accessories or external devices not included with the original PC
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs

Monitors, keyboards, and mice included with the PC at purchase are covered under this warranty. All other monitors, keyboards, mice, and peripherals are excluded.

Any repaired or replaced part is warranted only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

Novatech Gaming reserves the right to void the warranty if the system is found to have been used for cryptocurrency mining, subjected to abusive conditions, modified improperly, or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Novatech Gaming will not reimburse customers for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred if the customer chooses to have the system serviced by an unauthorized third-party repair center instead of using Novatech Gaming’s provided warranty service.

3. Shipping & Repair Costs

For all warranty claims approved by Novatech Gaming:

We Cover:

  • 100% of the repair cost
  • Customer’s shipping cost to send the PC to Novatech Gaming

Customer Covers:

  • A flat $39 return-shipping fee for Novatech Gaming to ship the repaired or replacement PC back to the customer.

This shipping policy applies to all warranty repairs unless otherwise waived at Novatech Gaming’s discretion.

4. International Purchases (Outside the United States)

If the product was purchased outside the United States:

  • All returns within the retailer’s or distributor’s applicable return period (e.g., 30 days from purchase) must be handled directly with that seller.
  • After this return window, customers may contact Novatech Gaming Customer Support for assistance, including troubleshooting and determining if any service options are available.

Novatech Gaming will not issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) for international customers without prior approval.

The customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and international shipping charges.

5. Obtaining Warranty Service

  2. Provide your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  3. Our support team will evaluate your claim and, if approved, issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novatech Gaming shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, files, or installed software
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, goodwill, or profits resulting from system failure or downtime

Novatech Gaming’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

7. Warranty Transferability

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by Novatech Gaming.

8. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
