Return & Refund Policy

No return of merchandise will be accepted without first securing a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number provided by Novatech Gaming. The Buyer must submit evidence of purchase date, Order ID or Invoice Number, reason for return, exchange, or refund, and RMA number. At its sole discretion, Novatech Gaming may accept or deny the Buyer’s claim for return, exchange, or damages.

No refund, credit, or exchange is allowed after 30 days from the date of the invoice on all PCs.  All PCs returned must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the shipping label. All products returned must be securely packed and delivered to Novatech Gaming in an undamaged condition. Novatech Gaming reserves the right to refuse or reject returned merchandise for failure to follow the conditions set forth herein.

Refunds:

If the PC is accepted and the goods have not been used and are in a resalable condition, Novatech Gaming shall provide a refund on new PCs, minus 10% of the purchase price; returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping both ways if found in used condition. If the goods are determined to be damaged/defective and found to be the fault of Novatech Gaming, a full refund will be issued upon return.  Received PCs that are sent in for refund and are found to be in damaged condition due to the fault of the Buyer will be subject to a $50 labor fee, the cost of damaged parts, and any applicable restocking and shipping fees.

 

Repairs/Replacements:

If the PC accepted for repair or replacement is received in damaged/defective condition due to the fault of the Buyer, Novatech Gaming will issue a labor fee of $50 plus the cost of any component found to be damaged/defective. This fee must be paid before Novatech Gaming will proceed with replacement or repair of the received good.

If in the process of a repair or troubleshooting case, Novatech Gaming deems that a component is defective and needs to be replaced, Novatech Gaming guarantees that the component will be new and unused if stock allows. Otherwise, Novatech Gaming will use a refurbished component that is guaranteed to be working at the time of replacement. Novatech Gaming cannot guarantee that the replacement part used or sent to the customer for the purposes of repair will be of the same make and/or model unless the make and/or model is stated in the description of the desktop’s listing.


NOVATECH High-Value AI Workstation Return Policy

At NOVATECH, we build and deliver high-performance, custom-configured systems. Due to the specialized nature and high value of these products, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our company from unnecessary loss or depreciation.

Return Window & Eligibility,

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Returned systems must be in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and components.

Any evidence of excessive use, tampering, physical damage, or component swaps may void eligibility or result in additional deductions.

Restocking Fees,

All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Systems showing signs of use (e.g., activated software, missing packaging, thermal paste residue, installation marks) may be subject to a 30–35% restocking fee.

Shipping & Non-Refundable Costs,

Customers are responsible for insured return shipping at the full invoice value.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Missing or damaged accessories, components, or packaging will be deducted from the refund at current replacement value.

Software licenses (such as Windows or productivity/AI tools) are non-refundable once activated.

Amazon Purchases,

NOVATECH complies with Amazon’s policies. However, due to the high value and custom nature of these systems, any returns processed through Amazon outside of NOVATECH’s 7-day return window will still be accepted, but refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% in addition to any applicable deductions for missing or damaged parts.

This ensures protection against depreciation, handling risks, and misuse of high-value workstation systems.

Final Sale Items,

Custom orders, special configurations, and upgraded builds are considered final sale unless defective upon arrival.

Summary:
NOVATECH will always honor legitimate returns, but due to the custom and high-value nature of our systems, customers should expect that all returns are subject to significant restocking fees and strict inspection. This policy applies equally to purchases made directly through NOVATECH or via third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.
