We build and test every AI workstation and server to order. Because these systems are custom and high in value, their return policy is stricter than for our gaming PCs.
Return window and eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The system must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories and components.
- Signs of heavy use, tampering, physical damage or swapped components can make a return ineligible, or lead to additional deductions.
- Custom orders, special configurations and upgraded builds are final sale, unless they arrive defective.
Restocking fees
- Every eligible return has a 25% restocking fee.
- Systems that show signs of use, like activated software, missing packaging, thermal paste residue or installation marks, may have a 30–35% restocking fee.
Shipping and other costs
- You pay for return shipping, insured for the full invoice value.
- Original shipping and handling fees aren't refundable.
- Missing or damaged accessories, components or packaging are deducted from your refund at their current replacement value.
- Software licenses, like Windows or AI and productivity tools, aren't refundable once activated.
How to return a system
- Within 7 days of delivery, chat with us or email support@novatechgaming.com with your order or invoice number, your purchase date and the reason for the return.
- If we approve the return, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the system securely in its original packaging, and show the RMA number clearly on the shipping label.
We don't accept returns without an RMA number. Returned systems must arrive undamaged, and we may refuse a return that doesn't follow these steps. We inspect every returned system before issuing a refund.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your system arrives damaged, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the box and the system. If it's defective because of us, you get a full refund when it's returned, or you can have it repaired or replaced under our 3-year warranty.
Amazon purchases
We follow Amazon's policies. Because these systems are custom and high in value, returns processed through Amazon after our 7-day window are still accepted, but refunds may carry a restocking fee of up to 35%, plus deductions for any missing or damaged parts.

We'll always honor legitimate returns. Because of the custom, high-value nature of these systems, expect every return to have a significant restocking fee and a careful inspection. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Novatech and through marketplaces like Amazon.
